Every indexed parameter, resolved synchronously.

SearchParameterResolve::all is async only to accommodate resolvers that hit a database; this index is pure in-memory, so callers that run outside a runtime (a LazyLock initializer, for instance) can read it directly.

pub fn get( &self, resource_type: Option<&ResourceType>, name: &str, ) -> Option<&ResolvedParameter>

The parameter named name on resource_type, or failing that on Resource or DomainResource, which every type inherits. Resolved synchronously, like Self::all_parameters.
